To confirm a B&B room we require a 50% deposit ( for one night stays we require a 100% advance payment) at the time of making the reservation. We ask you to go to the link for our secure booking site at Redforts to give us the info.
We accept Visa, MasterCard.
Once you have filled in your card details and other required info via the secure website we will receive an email stating your have sent the card details. At that time we will take the deposit and confirm your booking back to you via the email.
We work on a first come first serve basis in regards to the card information being sent to reserve a room, rooms are not held unless specified by us. Email communication does not mean you have a tentative booking.
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights in the B&B and with a minimum of 3-5 days for certain holiday and weekends.
For apartments there is also a 50% deposit required and a separate reservation/cancellation policy applies. Please inquire for more details.
We require your arrival travel itinerary (flight number and airline code/ train number, by car, departure city and arrival time here in Amsterdam) to ensure that someone is here to check you in upon arrival as we are not always in the house. We arrange our schedules around arrival and departures of guests. We do not check in after 23.00hrs. This may be sent to us at a later time. Preferably not later than 1 week prior to arrival date.
All arrivals are to come to the Main house at Herenstraat 26 for check in. Early arrivals may leave the luggage with us until check in time.
Check in time: Is flexible, although usually not before 12:30, please inquire upon arrival. If you wish to check in directly upon arrival before 12noon then we suggest you book the accommodations the night prior. This will insure you direct check in from 7.30 onward.
We do not check in after 23.00hrs.
Check out time: 11am
Departures: There is not the possibility to leave luggage with us after check out time. There are luggage lockers at Central station for this.
We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your trip.
For a B&B room a full refund minus EUR 25.00 administration fee if cancellation is made 14 or more days before arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 14 days and up to 7 days before arrival the deposit is forfeited. For cancellations of 7 or less days prior to arrival date or a NO SHOW the remaining amount is due from the card given to us. If we are able to re-book the room for any of the cancelled days those will be credited back to the card charged. For shortening a booking there may apply a minimum stay according to the type of room and dates booked. Please ask us what is applicable for a shortening of your dates.

For any unforeseen reasons you must cancel or shorten your reservation then it is advisable to email us to see what can be arranged.
We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your trip.
